Katrina Ingram

Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services : AI & Ethics

Ethically Aligned AI is built on a foundation of my over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles primarily in the technology and media sectors. My journey into artificial intelligence and ethics started in 2018 when I went back to grad school. I attended a talk with a prominent AI researcher who shared concerns about how some artificial intelligence was being built and deployed in ways that are unethical and harmful. That led to research focused on understanding the ethical choices of AI developers and testing various ethics tools to help improve the development process. The organization has its roots in my graduate research.

πŸ’» TRAINING - Build AI literacy skills with our ethics first approach. We develop bespoke training for organizations and work with training delivery partners including LinkedIn Learning, DATAVERSITY and Athabasca University PowerED to deliver our courses.

πŸŽ™οΈ SPEAKING - Impactful presentations about Responsible AI and Data Ethics. I've delivered hundreds of talks to a wide range of audiences including boards of directors, management, technologists and the general public.

πŸ’‘ CONSULTING - Expertise and guidance to operationalize AI. Our work is informed by an interdisciplinary (STS) approach and is grounded in academic research. It's also informed by relevant legal frameworks and our own 4C's: Context, Culture, Content and Commitment.

Kirsha Campbell

Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services : Accountant

82% of businesses fail because of cashflow β€” not lack of sales. And most of that cashflow problem traces back to one thing: leaders who were never taught to think financially. Contact me πŸ“§ info@thecashlab.org 🌐 www.thecashlab.ca πŸ“ž 888-521-4206

I'm Kirsha Campbell, CPA, CMA β€” corporate trainer, keynote speaker, and president of The Cash Lab. I've spent 19 years inside corporations, franchise systems, healthcare organizations, and non-profits, building the financial infrastructure and leadership capability that makes businesses actually scale.

I've trained 1,000+ executives and professionals. I've automated multi-million dollar government capital budgets. I've helped franchise systems generate $5M in top-line revenue with 300% growth. And I've sat in enough boardrooms to know that operational breakdowns almost always trace back to leaders who understand the work but not the numbers β€” or the numbers but not the people.

That's the gap I close.

Through workshops, keynotes, and corporate training programs β€” delivered virtually across Canada and in-person β€” I help organizations build leaders who can motivate a team on Monday and read a P&L on Friday.

My most requested topics right now:

πŸ€– AI in Finance β€” practical AI tools for forecasting, cashflow, and financial decision-making. No tech background required.

πŸ’° Cashflow Mastery for Leadership Teams β€” demystifying the numbers that keep businesses alive.

πŸ‘₯ Leadership & Team Performance β€” turning managers into leaders their teams actually want to follow.

πŸ“Š Risk Management & Financial Resilience β€” frameworks for navigating uncertainty and protecting the business.

🏒 Understanding Your Business β€” financial literacy for non-finance leaders and managers.

I work with corporations, franchises, healthcare organizations, not-for-profits, and growing companies across Canada β€” virtually and in-person.

If your leadership team is making decisions without fully understanding the financial impact, let's talk.
